Nikki Goliber, PA-C, MPAS, brings a depth of real-world primary care experience to the IPMOmaha team. A Nebraska native from West Point, she completed her bachelor's degree in exercise science at Creighton University and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at UNMC. Her career has spanned rural satellite clinics in Iowa, outpatient family medicine with Nebraska Medicine, PA education at College of St. Mary, and telemedicine -- all before joining Dr. Keller's clinical team.
Nikki's focus is preventive care and lifestyle-based wellness. She believes that empowering patients to take ownership of their health -- through movement, habits, and education -- is just as powerful as any prescription. After years in telemedicine, she is genuinely excited to be back in an in-person setting, connecting with patients and their families the way she always has at her best.

Nikki believes the best care happens when a patient feels genuinely heard. Her approach centers on prevention and partnership -- understanding each person's lifestyle, goals, and barriers before jumping to solutions. She's seen firsthand how small, consistent changes in daily habits compound into real health gains over time, and she builds that principle into every visit.
After years in telemedicine, Nikki deeply appreciates the ability to listen to a heart, shake a hand, and be physically present with a patient. That connection is irreplaceable to her. Whether you're managing a chronic condition or simply trying to stay ahead of problems before they start, Nikki meets you where you are and helps you move forward.
Faith and purpose drive her care. She sees each patient relationship as a privilege and approaches every visit as an opportunity to make a meaningful difference -- even in small ways.

Nikki's clinical interests are rooted in preventive medicine and lifestyle-based care. With a background in exercise science, she has always understood the role movement and daily habits play in long-term health outcomes. She is particularly focused on helping patients with chronic conditions -- diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular risk -- make sustainable changes that reduce their dependence on medications over time. She stays current on evidence-based guidelines and translates them into practical, everyday guidance her patients can actually follow.
Nikki grew up in West Point, Nebraska and is proud to call Omaha home. Outside the clinic, life revolves around her four kids and their packed sports schedule -- soccer, football, basketball, track, and baseball -- with her husband coaching it all. She embraces every sideline moment and simple family memory. Faith is central to who she is, and it's what led her to join Dr. Keller's team. She is honored to be part of a practice built on genuine compassion and to play even a small role in her patients' wellness journeys.
Nikki is a strong advocate for catching health concerns early and addressing root causes before they compound. She incorporates exercise science, nutrition, and habit change into every preventive visit.
From newborns to elderly patients, Nikki has cared for patients at every stage of life. She understands how health needs evolve and provides care that meets patients wherever they are.
Nikki's approach to managing conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol centers on patient understanding. She helps people connect their daily choices to their lab numbers and long-term outcomes.
She takes time to explain diagnoses, walk through options, and make decisions together with her patients. No one leaves a visit with unanswered questions.
With a degree in exercise science and years of primary care experience, Nikki brings a practical, movement-centered lens to wellness planning that most providers simply don't have.
Nikki brings over a decade of primary care experience to every visit, with a track record of building real, lasting relationships with patients and their families across Nebraska and Iowa.
Routine checkups, age-appropriate labs, and health coaching designed to catch problems early and keep patients on a path toward long-term wellness.
Nikki helps patients understand their numbers, adjust their habits, and stay on top of conditions that require consistent, attentive long-term management.
She believes patients who understand their own health make better decisions. Every visit is an opportunity to build that understanding and reinforce it with practical, actionable guidance.
With experience caring for patients from birth through nursing home care, Nikki is comfortable meeting families at any stage of life and building continuity across generations.
Nikki values the long game in medicine. She finds deep purpose in being a consistent, trusted presence for patients as their health needs evolve over time.
